If you distribute over 5,000 large items a year, we can offer substantial savings. Because Packetpost™ charges are based on the average weight and format of all the items, you don’t have to weigh each item individually, which helps save you even more money.
Packetpost™ Returns
Packetpost Returns is a service that allows you to receive returns via Royal Mail at a discounted priced in comparison with our standard tariff. Your customers can send back returns “free of charge” via our Post Office branches, or through our Post Box network. Royal Mail will collect these items and deliver them to your premises. Royal Mail will then bill you based on your average weight.
