Presstream
Presstream is our specialist distribution service designed for frequent publishers of magazines, journals and newsletters. Considerable savings are available over standard postal costs just by preparing your mail for us. We also provide a free collection and returns service to save you time and money.

Product Instructions
To use Presstream, at least one-sixth of the Periodical must contain editorial content and be published, posted and received at least twice a year. All items in a mailing must be the same shape, size and weight, unless you’ve a made special arrangement beforehand with us in writing.
You must have accurate Postcodes on at least 90% of the mailing and you cannot use this service to send catalogues, brochures, directories or direct mail
Presstream Walksort
Presstream Walksort is a variant of Presstream (our distribution service for customers who regularly post magazines, newspapers or journals in bulk within the UK), which offers an additional discount if the penetration index of 2% is reached and the mail sorted to postal walk.

Product Instructions
To use Presstream Walksort, at least one-sixth of the Periodical must contain editorial content and be published, posted and received at least twice a year. All items in a mailing must be the same shape, size and weight, unless you’ve a made special arrangement beforehand with us in writing.
You must have accurate Postcodes 100% of the mailing and you can’t use this service to send catalogues, brochures, directories or direct mail.
Your mailing must also reach a 2% penetration index, which means for every 100 addresses on your database, your items need to reach 2 of those addresses. We are able to check this for you with our Walksort Penetration calculator.
Customers must apply machine-readable barcodes (CBC’s) or have an OCR readable address and sort their mailings to approximately 120 selections within the Mailsort Database.
Presstream Premium
Presstream Premium is our specialist distribution service designed for frequent publishers of magazines, journals and newsletters needing express delivery. You deliver your mail into one of our designated mail centres before 1.00am and we’ll process and deliver it with the following day’s mail.

You also need to deliver it to us at the Presstream Premium designated mail centres before 1.00am for delivery the same day.
